What is personal training like at Rise Strength?

  • 1. Evaluation

    Our training programs start with scheduling an evaluation to go over assessments, health history, and other pertinent information to help individualize your plan.

  • 2. One on One or Semi Private Training

    We offer two types of training:

    One on One is where you will work with a trainer and yourself with an individualized program. We recommend this for those who have under a year of structured strength training.

    Semi-Private Training is where a client will be training with a group of up to 5 people. Each client will have their own individualized program during the scheduled group times.

  • 3. Training Format

    Each client will have an individualized 4 week program that is modified every 4 weeks to achieve a progression to help guide clients’ towards their goals.

    The main focus of each program will be a strength as a foundation and building other attributes upon that foundation.
