About Rise Strength:

Rise Strength is a strength building community located in Providence’s West End. Our members have a passion for strength training, a shared respect for the facilities and regard for other members of our community.

We welcome all experience levels who want to be part of this space.

Personal Training

We specialize in training high performance athletes.

  • Our training programs start with scheduling an evaluation to go over assessments, health history, and other pertinent information.

    This helps our trainers understand your needs and help to guide the individualization for your programming at Rise.

  • We offer two types of training:

    One-on-one is where you will work with a trainer and yourself with an individualized program. We recommend this for those with under a year of structured strength training.

    Semi-private training is training with a group up to 5 people. Each client will have an individualized program during the scheduled group times.

  • Each client will have an individualized 4-week program that is modified every 4 weeks to achieve a progression to help guide clients towards their goals.

    The main focus of each program will be a strength as a foundation for building other attributes upon that foundation.

Gym Membership

We offer several ways to join our strength building community.

  • Access to our facilities 7 days a week (and most holidays)

    Storage for your personal items

    Changing rooms

  • All the same benefits of an Open Gym Membership, just for 1 day only.
